Steinberg updates VST3 SDK to v3.0.2

Steinberg has released a new version of the VST3 Software Development Kit (SDK). The new VST 3.0.2 version adds further functionality to the capabilities of VST3.0.

"We've been receiving increasing interest for VST3 from the audio industry. Among the plug-ins featured on our new VST PlugIn Zone at our main international website are new VST3 plug-ins by several manufacturers," comments Timo Wildenhain, Marketing Manager at Steinberg.

According to Steinberg, the update to VST 3.0.2 is easy to implement and provides full AI Knob support for Steinberg's CC121 Advanced Integration USB Controller. VST 3.0.2 also includes a new interface (IParameter Finder) as well as enhancements to the VST3 documentation.
